We’re delighted to see phases 1 and 2 of the Former Novartis site in Horsham approved by Horsham District Council.
Working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd and a fantastic wider team, we’ve shaped a bold, landscape-led vision that brings together heritage, ecology and placemaking to deliver over 200 new homes.
Inspired by the Art Deco movement, the design introduces strong geometry, rhythm and structure, defining the central square and courtyard spaces, and responding to the retained historic building, including the landmark clock tower.
A clear green framework connects the site, with ecological corridors, woodland planting and native meadows creating a rich, biodiverse setting for future residents. From arrival along the boulevard to the Parsonage Road frontage, the landscape establishes a confident and cohesive sense of place.
A complex site, reimagined as a vibrant new neighbourhood. We’re looking forward to seeing it come to life!
