The GLVIA Advisory Panel recently published the draft Notes and Clarifications on GLVIA3 (TGN 05/23) for consultation. This document replaces the various Statements and Technical Notes on GLVIA, produced by the Landscape Institute. Our landscape planning team have carefully reviewed the consultation document and have responded, welcoming the clarifications.
We are delighted to report that we are ahead of the curve, with many of the key measures and recommendations of the TGN already included within our LVIA methodology, which adopts an objective approach and facilitates professional judgement to inform the decision makers. We continue to embrace change with the refinement of our methodology, which has been tested at appeal and through peer review.
