The decision notice has been issued for the regeneration of the former Novartis site in Horsham, paving the way for nearly 250 new homes, supported by a strong, integrated green infrastructure framework.
fabrik provided landscape design services for Muse Places in support of the application, shaping a resilient and connected landscape rooted in sustainable principles and informed by the site’s distinctive Art Deco heritage.
With consent in place, we are now focused on working through the planning conditions and moving the scheme forward toward delivery, embedding:
- Green and blue infrastructure that supports biodiversity and climate resilience
- Reuse of site-won materials within the landscape
- Structured forms and planting that respond to the retained Art Deco building.
