Green Park Village

With a client-commitment to providing a high quality, design-led and sustainable new community, fabrik embraced the challenge of creating a vibrant, green and blue environment. Within and around Green Park Village, Berkeley Homes committed to planting 585 trees and create natural habitats that encourage wildlife to flourish. Key highlights include:
- Bringing nature to the forefront with the creation of a stunning lakeside environment
- The creation of a civic heart within a new Market Square, with a unique paving design inspired by flowing water, crowned with jet fountains
- The weaving of lush, tree-lined avenues through the new village, with soil cells ensuring long-term tree health and strategic specimen trees guiding pedestrians through the space
- Weaving water management seamlessly into the landscape, especially at the entrance along Longwater Avenue. Retaining mature trees while integrating swales resulted in a striking green threshold that sets the tone for the entire project.
Green Park Village reflects our commitment to harmonising nature with urban development – bringing life, sustainability and beauty together.
