Building with Nature’s mission is to put high-quality green infrastructure at the heart of placemaking, maximising benefits for people and wildlife.  The Building with Nature quality standards provides planners and developers with evidence-based, how-to guidance on delivering high quality green infrastructure.

 By bringing people closer to nature and building great places for us to live, work and play, development can make a major contribution towards better health and wellbeing in our communities and tackling our climate and ecological emergencies. Even small projects can make a positive contribution by incorporating high-quality green infrastructure and every scheme should maximise its potential.

fabrik has in-house qualified Building with Nature Assessors and can bring experience working with the standards to projects through our landscape design, landscape planning and masterplanning services.  By considering a wide range of ecological and social constraints, we deliver high quality places that are ecologically sensitive, climate resilient and built for everyone to enjoy.
