We are excited to share that the Section 73 application at Cockfosters Station has received planning approval. The scheme is being delivered in a partnership between Places for London, Transport for London’s property arm, and Barratt London.
fabrik provided the landscape design for the scheme, focusing on enhancing communal green space through additional roof terraces and delivering a diverse range of play experiences throughout the development.

The landscape establishes a fully integrated blue-green network of swales, rain gardens, and attenuation ponds, with pedestrian routes connecting along these spaces and out to the wider environment. Play is woven into the landscape itself — integrated within swales and rain gardens to create a multifunctional, resilient, and robust public realm for both people and nature.
