We are delighted to share the news of our latest planning success, this time for our clients Taylor Wimpey. A residential-led, mixed use, hybrid proposal for an allocated site at Gomm Valley in High Wycombe has been approved by the Bucks Strategic Sites Planning Committee. The scheme included circa 540 dwellings (of which 48% are affordable), a school, employment and substantial areas of open space and ecological enhancements.
We provided landscape and visual input to the Environmental Statement, landscape design guidance and arboricultural services, working closely with the design team to achieve a positive outcome for this challenging, sloping site.
