Jane Banks

Jane is a Landscape Architect with over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of fields including education, residential, urban regeneration, social housing, recreation and leisure, and streetscape.  Having worked in the Middle East for a number of years, Jane has a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction issues in this extreme climate and culture, and the complexities of working on large-scale projects with diverse multi-disciplinary teams. Within the UK, she has worked on a varied mix of schemes, incorporating skills ranging from conceptual design to construction detailing, podium landscapes to sustainable urban drainage, canal and riverside schemes, wetland boardwalks and playground design.
