Johnny Rath

Johnny is the Founding Director of fabrik, having established the business in 2003. He developed the ethos of ‘people first, then processes’ that has enabled such a highly creative business to run smoothly for the last 20 years. He operates in the landscape design workstream on residential, education and healthcare projects. Johnny currently chairs the Trustee Board, guiding the Trustees through the development of the company Charter. He acts in a supporting role to the Operating Board and as Company Secretary, to ensure the governance of the business as it progresses under the ownership of the Employee Owned Trust.
