fabrik is pleased to have been part of the team that secured resolution to grant for Phase 2 of De Havilland Park, Panshanger in Welwyn Garden City, on behalf of Homes England. This brings the total number of much needed homes approved to 860 (30% affordable), with supporting community infrastructure – including a primary school, local centre, retirement living, Gypsy & Traveller provision and significant open space. Fabrik led on masterplanning, landscape architecture and arboricultural advice, alongside RegenCo, Luken Beck, CampbellReith, Cavendish and Pinsent Masons. The site is in the process of being sold, supported by Savills, with a preferred development partner due to be selected in the Spring of 2024.
