Planning green light

We’re delighted that planning approval has been granted for Muse Places’ regeneration of the former Novartis site in Horsham, delivering 244 new affordable homes and a robust interactive green infrastructure.

fabrik provided landscape design services, guided by the sustainable principles of reduce, reuse, recycle, and inspired by the site’s Art Deco heritage.

The design creates a connected, resilient landscape, featuring:

• Green and blue infrastructure with rain gardens and ecological corridors
• Reuse of site-won materials within the green infrastructure
• Geometric forms and planting that celebrate the retained Art Deco building.

The result is a vibrant, sustainable environment that compliments biodiversity, celebrates heritage, and promotes community wellbeing.
