We’re delighted that outline planning permission has been resolved to be granted for a new 117-home residential development in Haywards Heath.
fabrik prepared the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and the landscape strategy for the scheme on behalf of Fairfax, helping to shape proposals that respond sensitively to a site located adjacent to the High Weald National Landscape. The landscape-led approach seeks to integrate the development into its surroundings, protect key views and enhance the site’s natural character, while supporting the delivery of much-needed new homes.
