Reflect, connect and be inspired

Last week, the fabrik team came together at the beautiful Goodwood Art Foundation for our Annual General Meeting. With exclusive use of the venue for the day, it provided the perfect setting to pause, reflect on the year behind us and look ahead to the opportunities to come. The event included presentations and question-and-answer sessions from both the Operating Board and Trustee Board, reviewing the progress we have made as a practice, sharing key achievements and discussing our ambitions for the future.

Following the formal sessions, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch together, giving colleagues from across our studios the chance to reconnect, share experiences and spend time together away from project deadlines and day-to-day commitments.

The afternoon was spent exploring the remarkable grounds, which are perhaps even more atmospheric in the rain. We were treated to a guided tour of the site’s impressive sculpture collection, contemporary art galleries and the stunning gardens designed by renowned landscape architect Dan Pearson. Set within the South Downs landscape, the Foundation offers a unique blend of art, nature and design, making it an inspiring venue for a gathering focused on creativity, stewardship and long-term thinking.

As an employee-owned practice, our AGM is always an important moment in the year. It provides an opportunity to share openly with our employees, celebrate what we have achieved together and recognise the contribution every member of the team makes to fabrik’s continued success.
