What a fantastic site visit to see the first phase of Regent’s View in Bethnal Green wrapped up. fabrik have been involved in the landscape design and delivery for Berkeley Group Plc since early 2021, so it’s great to see all those technical drawings finally come to life!
With a strong emphasis on urban nature, the scheme features extensive native hedgerows, over 100 new trees in the first phase alone, and carefully integrated habitat features and natural play. The trees have established so well it’s difficult to believe this was a muddy construction site less than a year ago.
