Joe Williams and Izzy Duggan have been promoted to Principal Associates and will jointly lead the new team. In recognition of his hard work in supporting the wider masterplanning team to grow to this point, Alex Baker has become a Senior Technical Director.

It is fantastic to see the growth of masterplanning at fabrik over the past decade, with September marking 10 years since masterplanning became part of our offering. Over this time, we have supported thousands of new homes and jobs to navigate the planning system, be that through initial visioning and site promotion, securing outline planning, delivering Design Codes or working through the detail at Reserved Matters, for as little as 30 homes to new settlements of 10,000. We look forward to all that this next decade brings, with Alex, Izzy and Joe guiding the team.
