fabrik is delighted to have been awarded a place on Homes England’s new Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DaRTS) framework, which runs from 2023 to 2027.

We are leading one of ten teams selected for the new Lot 2 Placemaking, Masterplanning and Design Services Panel, as well as being sub-consultants to WSP and CampbellReith’s teams for the Lot 1 End-to-End Technical and Professional Services Panel. The new two-panel framework replaces the existing multi-disciplinary technical services framework, which expired earlier this year.

Regulatory Plan

The framework will be used by Homes England and also be made available to other public bodies as part of Homes England’s enabling role, which includes central government departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities, registered providers, health, police, fire and rescue, education, and charities and devolved administrations.

Superseding the former Homes and Communities Agency, Homes England was founded in 2018 as non-departmental public body to fund new affordable housing in England. The organisation is responsible for significant land holdings across the country.

fabrik were subconsultants on the previous framework, working on flagship Homes England schemes, including a 865-home scheme at Panshanger, Welwyn Garden City (pictured), and a 5,000-home Garden Village at Heathlands, Kent.
