Our client, Fairmile Group, has recently submitted an outline planning application for 250 dwellings at Clarence Park, Oxshott in Elmbridge borough. fabrik’s landscape planning and design teams have played an integral role in the design of the masterplan, working closely with the project team.
The landscape-led proposal has been shaped by extensive public consultation and is designed as a natural evolution of Oxshott, providing:
- 50% affordable housing – helping to meet one of Elmbridge’s most pressing needs, as part of meeting the Government’s golden rules
- 32 acres of publicly accessible suitable alternative natural green space (SANG) – land never before open to the public
- A carefully considered design that respects the village’s character while creating much needed new family homes.
