Turning separation into connection

Turning separation into connection

Phase one of the Arrival Garden project opened in October 2025, transforming a car park and removing storage buildings to create a green quadrangle for London Business School. The new space reflects the ambition and global identity of the School, providing a place for students, staff and visitors to relax from their studies, meet up or just enjoy the views as they move between buildings.

Phase Two is due to commence this autumn, with completion anticipated in January 2027. This next stage will revitalise the area outside the North Building, introducing additional seating, enhancing accessibility and creating a greener, more attractive setting that complements the wider campus environment.

Once complete, the Arrival Garden will provide a more connected, inspiring and sustainable campus landscape, supporting wellbeing, encouraging social interaction and enhancing the everyday experience of the London Business School community.

We are proud to be working alongside Maylim, Bourne Amenity and Tectonix to help deliver this important project.
